Italian sloppy joe! Ground beef and pork are mixed with our signature tomato gravy, caramelized onions, tomato jam and a touch of fireweed honey from our apiary. The mix is topped with provolone and delivered on a soft sandwich Ciambella roll. Served with roasted corn and polenta.
